I do not have the subscription ID to cancel my membership

You can find the subscription ID information when you log in to the membership area and visit the Profile page. On this page you can view details like expiration date, subscription id, Biller used, etc.

Most subscriptions have an ID that is sent when the purchase is complete to the email used on the registration form. If you did not receive this email after getting a subscription, it is probably because you did not use a valid email to register.

If you cannot find your subscription id and want to cancel your membership, please submit a ticket.
